NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Victoria Recreation Club will be held at Committee Room North, Hong Kong City Hall, 7th Floor, High Block, Edinburg Place, Central, Hong Kong on Wednesday, 27 August 2008 at 5:45 p.m. for the purpose of:-

(1) receiving the Report of the General Committee and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007;

(2) electing the General Committee and appointing Auditors; and

(3) transacting any other business.
